Explore our four favorite ways to cook uncured corned beef brisket.
First, we get to the meat of the St. Patrick’s day meal with a traditional boiled dinner: Corned beef, cabbage, carrots, and potatoes cooked in an Instant Pot.
Next, we slice into a delicious Reuben sandwich with Russian dressing, sauerkraut, and a little barbecue twist.
After that, we cook up some corned beef hash with white potatoes, roasted tomatoes, and sunny-side-up eggs.
Finally, we put the corned beef leftovers to good use with braised burnt ends.

Chef Yankel: Going to try this tonight. I missed St. Patrick's Day for cooking this, but bought a Corned Beef today. Looking forward to cooking this in my Instant Pot. By the way, your three other recipes are great, too! Thanks! …….Rob…….
I followed this exact recipe for my Butcher Box corned beef. What a terrible idea! I figured that they would give me a good recipe if they wanted me to buy their product again.🤷🏻♀️ I was mistaken— the meat was tough😳 an instant pot is NOT the way to go for this cut.
How much stock to use?
What kind of tomato ingredient is this and how much? How much beef broth?
Yum!
I’ll be creating this delicious dish this year for St. Patrick’s Day supper! ☘️
