  1. The Cento anchovies are a gift from the heavens. I guess I understand why some people might not be as into them as I am but I vividly remember the first time I had them. My life was changed forever.

  2. Great pantry item. I like to saute garlic in EVOO, sprinkle in some chili flakes, squeeze in some tomato paste, mix them all together and then deglaze the pan with white wine. I then toss in some anchovies, cherry tomatoes, olives and chopped cilantro. Then I plop in a load of al dente pasta and finish with Parmesan. Yummers!
