Delicious Oven Roasted Chicken!
My Veggies were red potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and garlic and 1 cup chicken broth.
Seasoned with pepper, Lawry’s seasoned salt, Cavenders Greek seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and olive oil.
Butter paste, 2 sticks Kerry Gold garlic and herbs butter. Seasoned with the seasonings above and garlic pepper.
Baked on 375 for 1 hour 45 minutes. Baste the chicken every 30 minutes
