Happy (almost) New Year! We will be kicking this year off with a focus on easy, healthy breakfast ideas so be sure to check in every Friday for a new recipe video. Can't wait to hear which is your favorite. XO – Dani
Do you have to put chia seeds??
I refrigerate my oats before eating and always do stair climbing exercises after eating them. I eat soft boiled eggs first to allow the protein to slow the carbs from oatmeal to raise my blood sugar. I feel the burn in my legs when climbing stairs afterwards.
Loce it ❤ Thank you Dani 😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’m going to try the mango+coconut and pumpkin pie recipes those two are my favourite mixes 😋
what the fuck are cups, when you want something consistently and adjust slightly use grams. Quit the video after seeing cups
I shouldn't be watching delicious overnight oats before going to bed. Getting hungry now.
Yum….pumpkin🎉🎉🎉🎉thanks dani🎉🎉🎉🎉
Such video make you different from others
Thanks!! It’s my first time with overnight oats, and I made the apple-pie and chocolate protein editions. Macros are great at 53g of protein per jar (= two servings), and it tastes great!😊
Ma'am you look half your age. Thank you for these recipes. One question. Can we combine yoghurt and milk together. It is suggested medically to use any one but never to combine. Reply please.
How many calories is the base recipe?
feels like almost a copy video of Toasty Apron's 6 oats options in how its presented and explained with some added instructionals and a couple recipes swapped around.
Very thorough for the novice to this oat preparation. Thank you.
What a wonderful combination
Excelent
Overnight en oats are what we call here Bircher Muesli known sice more that hundred years. Why do yo need to make a twelve minutes VDO to explain something simple? Everyone in my family knows how to tune it since 1950 !! They did not need that kind of analysis on youtube….
You'd better keep eating 'your' corn flakes…. Gosh !
Hi Dani. Thank you for sharing your recipes. I made the chocolate and the taste was very bitter. Wondering if u have an idea why❤
What are the calories in these please ?
going to try these. instead of maple syrup…can i use raw honey (i'm a beekeeper)?
How many calories is this?
This is a perfect video! Thank you for sharing.
Here's a recipe I like for Overnight Oats
For each person, stir together in a mason jar:
½ c oats
1 T ground flax seed
½ t cinnamon
1 T maple syrup
dash vanilla extract
Add ½ c almond (or other plant-based) milk
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, eat as-is or heat in microwave and top with any of the following:
berries
banana slices
chopped apple
chopped nuts/seeds, e.g., walnuts, almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds
It's Goose Waynes' wife!
Thanks but why don’t any of your print recipes include measurement amounts for each ingredient? What’s the point? I scrolled & scrolled thru all the ads only to find no actual recipes!
Some berries and a vanilla flavored protein powder is my go to. If I can, I also throw in flax and chia seeds.
Some said oat not healthy yet i drink it as a drink cos can make me full, my oat is plain just with hot or warm water to make a drink
but are they really healthy? I hope they are. Using almond milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, unsweetened dark chocolate chips, walnuts, almonds, TJ's wild berries, pine nuts, and costco coastal trail mix.
A good trail mix toping is super easy and delicious protein add in I use❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤👍🫨💯👌🙏🙏🙏
