60 Grams of psyllium husks
40 Grams of chia seeds
40 Grams of pumpkin seeds
40 Grams of sunflower seeds

  1. This was a good recipe – I made it this week. The bread tastes a bit eggy but baked up well. I used a 9×5 loaf pan and may try the 8×4 to see if it stands a bit taller. I had 10 good slices and am making it part of my breakfast routine. Thanks!!

  2. made this yesterday – and just want to thank you sooooo much as not only was it delicious but I can now finally eat bread again…I've tried so many different types and within 20 minutes my allergies always flare up…..after eating this I felt great all day long….
