700g pork steaks (4 pieces in a pack)
1/2 big bulb garlic, peel and chop
Marinade
1&1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 Tbsp pepper powder
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
4 Tbsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp dark soya sauce
3 Tbsp oyster sauce
Homemade Chilli Oil :
