π PASTA AL LIMONE – this is not your regular arrabiata or aglio e olio dish. This is one super simple recipe that you HAVE to try & I promise you will love it π

All you need is –
π¦ Some Water & salt to cook the pasta
π§ 1 Tbsp Butter
π« 2 tsp Olive Oil
π Zest of 1 Lemon & Juice of 1/2 lemon
π Some Parsley or Mint
π 100 g Pasta of your choice
π§ 2 to 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
π§ 2 to 3 cloves of Garlic
π₯ 1/4 cup Pasta water
π§ Salt & Pepper, to season
π Vishesh Tippani –
– Cook the pasta only until al dente
– β Add hot pasta directly to the sauce base
