  1. That is the largest manly manicotti if I’ve ever seen before. SERIOUS bonus points if you can tell me what the “manly manicotti” is from! Looks delicious though, Kev! I really might try this because I agree. I love manicotti, but I despise stuffing shells.

  2. Can I make a comment brother I like the dishes you cook up and I like the stuff you come up with and I've been watching you but let me tell you the open beard over the food it's f**** gross you should be covering up that kind of facial hair that's just wrong haven't had over people's food coming from a family of chefs of almost 75 years ago don't taking it personally just take it as advice

  3. That looks delicious I have made something similar to that. I put hamburger meat in my sauce cuz that's why my husband loves it. And then I did the cheese like you did and then I rode the noodles put cheese on top like you did and baked it really delicious. Of course you got to have garlic toast too..

  4. My wife and I have made stuffed cannelloni several times, alternating between cheese and meatball mix filled tubes. The first time was horrible trying to stuff the shells using pastry bags, until I remembered we had a meat grinder/sausage stuffer attachment for our KitchenAid mixer. Now it is much easier to stuff them, but I like Chef's lasagna noodle manicotti, looks yummy.
