– Green Chillies : 2-3 nos. (finally chopped)
– Onion : 1 no. (finally chopped)
– Green Capsicum : 1/2 (finally chopped)
– Red/Yellow Capsicum : 1/2 (finally chopped)
– Vinegar : 1 tbsp
– Dark Soy Sauce : 1 tsp
– Chilli Sauce : 1/2 tsp
– Tomato Ketchup : 1 tsp
– Schezwan Sauce : 1 tsp
– Seasoning or Herbs : 1/2 tsp or to taste
– Chilli Flakes : 1/2 tsp (or skip if don’t like so spicy taste)
