This Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce, is SO easy to make and insanely delicious. I put this on pulled pork, but you could also use it on chicken.

Ingredients List – Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce:
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter
1/2 to 1 whole onion, diced
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
Juice from 1/2 lemon (optional)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp whole grain mustard
a dash of molasses to taste (optional)
1-2 grilled (or frozen) peaches (20-30 minutes at 250ºF) diced
1/4 cup Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey
