I'm an intermediate baker: this was my first time making this type of bread tho. Good recipe, could have been a little more fluffy. Also a very long recipe to make in comparison to a few other recipes I have found. But overall turned out exactly as advertised

I always make your Chiabatta bread cause the Instructions are so clear always. You are always so calm and I love following your instructions as I don't feel totally useless in the kitchen
