black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
rosemary – 10 g (0.35 oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE 8 – 10 MIN
onion – 300 g (10.6 oz)
mushrooms – 300 g (10.6 oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
smoked paprika – 5 g (0.18 oz)
herbs of Provence – 5 g (0.18 oz)
sweet cooking cream – 250 ml (8.45 fl oz)
OVER LOW FIRE 30 MIN
