Pork Tenderloin 3 ways
A pork tenderloin is one of the easiest and most versatile proteins you can cook and is often one of our weeknight meals because it cooks so fast. It can be smoked low and slow or grilled hot and fast. Tenderloins are literally a blank canvas that you can take so many different directions from a flavor profile perspective.
In this Pork Tenderloin 3 Ways YouTube video we compare the homemade marinade in this recipe below to a store bought Lawry’s Lemon Pepper marinade + our Lemon Pepper seasoning and a store bought Bachan’s Japanese BBQ sauce + our Holy Voodoo seasoning.

Awesome video, all three looked great. I love me some tenderloin, 20-30 minutes to super tender meat, what is not to like?!
I doing pork tenderloin tonight ….apple, honey, thyme !
Recently, I discovered restaurant Depot and I was able to get three pork tenderloins for $11
Matt, where and how can I purchase a meat church cutting board like yours?
Try this marinade- it’s like eating candy……can’t stop!
Taiwan mango chile with habanero. Marinaded overnight! Used Voodoo rub and smoked on the Traeger @ 275 ❤❤❤
I love the Meat Church rubs but was a bit disappointed with the Gourmet Lemmon Pepper. I think Lawrys Lemmon Pepper is better.
You waited until 6 minutes in to mention you weren’t smoking them??
When he said "different types of marinade different circumstances, different purposes" I heard "just like Hookers" I had to rewind. But I guess the channel is called meat church
I use Lawry's Sesame Ginger on my chicken thighs. I cut extra fat and loose shin off thighs, put in gal bag with Marinade over night and grille on indirect heat on my weber. and use apple wood for smoke…
i buy the marinated ones at the grocery store all the time. 5 dollars on sale. better than 5 dollars at a fast food restaurant
Looks like 3 different type of exotic pythons.
I love the pre-marinated pork tenderloins at my local grocery store. They have Montreal seasoning marinated ones that are phenomenal. I’ve also seen Tuscan herb, lemon pepper, garlic herb, and one called touch of sea salt. I air fry my tenderloins for about 26-28 minutes until 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Comes out juicy every time 😎. Nice stuff Meat Church! Definitely want that Timberline XL one day! It’s a beast!
Man, my mouth was watering watching you taste those loins. Love your channel. And that is one of the sweetest outside kitchens I've ever seen. If I'm ever through Texas again, I'm coming by to check it out. Thanks for the drop!
Sometimes I find any marinade with lemon tends to “cook” the meat while it marinades. I’ve always shied away from them. Do you find the same or not so much?
Love the video! I'm going to order some lemon pepper seasoning from your website but I wanted to let you know that somebody is trying to sell the same 6oz bottle on Amazon for $17.32. Ridiculous
Nice! I did a stuffed pork tenderloin. My video is available here – https://youtu.be/UglS78KeelA
I did these with you're Texas sugar seasoning… Holy crap!!! Amazing
Matt, that marinade you made is the EXACT glaze I use for cedar plank smoked salmon! Try it sometime! Delicious.
I would braid those suckers as the only change I would make. All that flavor throughout with a braided pork loin….yes please.
So in your video you say thyme and oregano and in your recipe you say thyme and rosemary… which one is the correct one?
We need joe rogan to come on and bring some of his elk meat
pork has been super cheap around here lately, so i gotta try this
Matt love your videos you have made me another more confident with my smoker I thank you sir my question is have you ever made a smoked porcheta thank you again
Can you leave it in the marinade longer than 12 hours? I'm thinking of using the Japanese BBQ sauce.
The BBQ one looks really good in particular since I'm a barbeque sauce fan. I'll probably let mine rest a bit before cutting into it though.
What temp did you cook at for it to be done in 30 min?
Look at my overcooked pork! See how awesome it is?
Sounds kinky
This was a awesome video we have seen you using a really sharp knife with a round tip can you tell me what kind of knife that is?
Great honey out of Burleson. I'll be making that marinade, or close to it, as soon as this video is done.
Nice recipes….don't do Walmart!!
