A fresh and delicious green smoothie to reduce inflammation and joint pain. Packed with vitamin C and anti-inflammatory properties.
This is a very simple recipe inspired by my father who’d make it for us in the summertime. Healthy fats and vitamin C will help with joint pain or If you have arthritis pain. The collagen protein is also great for inflammation and joint pain. Feel free to add other ingredients like bananas or spinach. But I like to keep this simple. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the fresh taste and how delicious it is. (Especially if you don’t find green smoothies appealing)

Ingredients List:
1 avocado
Orange juice and pulp from 1 orange
1/2 cup of frozen mangoes (use more or less depending on your preference)
1 scoop of collagen protein
1/4 cup of water (add more if you like it less thick)

Optional add-on: frozen banana, spinach, apple, ginger.
