Do you like lean fish?

Still talking about lean protein and lean seafood is an awesome option!

Wonderful way to changed it up away from chicken breast.

Main white fish I recommend
– Sole (seen here)
– Tilapia
– Halibut

I simply baked that at 425 F for 10 minutes!

Not too heavy of a fishy taste. You can mix any spices I mentioned with chicken very well!

Also Shrimp or scallops!

I use just a tiny bit of butter and garlic salt.

Using just a bit doesn’t make a impact and can really help flavour.

This is precooked shrimp so just needed to be heated up for 3-5 minutes!

And the canned tuna is great as a backup.

This all literally took me less than 30 min. (Veggies and rice cooked beforehand.

I love the flavoured. Yes, I had more carbs but just consider it the calories!

You don’t want to have it too frequently because of the mercury content but it’s a great extra back up protein to store on hand!

Remember to add micronutrients and carbs or fats!
