Chicken Malai Cutlets are a delightful snack that combines the succulence of chicken with the creaminess of malai (fresh cream). These cutlets are flavorful, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Here’s a simple recipe for making them:

Step: 01 : Chicken Stuffing Preparation

Oil : 2 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Onion chopped : 2 tbsp
Boneless chicken : 200 gram
Cook it 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken color changes to white
Salt : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Water : 1 cup
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes

Step: 02 :Assembling

Boiled potato : 2 large size
Bread slices : 2
Fresh coriander chopped
Green chili chopped : 3 to 4
Nestle milkpak cream : 3 tbsp
Now grease hands with oil
Now dip it in to the eggs
Coat it with bread crumbs
Now you can freeze it in to the freezer for 2 to 3 weeks

Step: 03 : Frying

Heat up oil on medium flame
Fry each side for 2 minutes on low flame or until color changes to golden brown
