  1. I am gonna cry.. I bike 21 km a day and in the last month my hips lose 14 cm but my waist is the same…🥲 probably deep fat. I am trying to loose weight from years, after hormonal unbalance due to medicines side effects.. tried very hard calorie deficit, and it worked but then plateau and starting gaining weight no matter what, intermittent fasting and the same thing, for yoga and pilates core workout I have a strong core.. but my waist is really too big for my healt still now.. I am going to add some hiit of 13 min in the morning and let's see what happend
