Beef skewers marinated with ginger

For 4 people

Ingredients :
400 g tender beef
2 tbsp. teaspoon soy sauce
2 tbsp. tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 knob of fresh ginger
1 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
1 tbsp. tablespoon of thyme honey
Coriander
Step 1: Cut your meat into large cubes.
Peel and finely grate the ginger.
Step 2: Mix honey, soy sauce, oil and grated ginger.
Add the meat and turn the cubes well in the marinade so that all the pieces are coated. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 3: Thread the meat onto skewers and cook them for 10 minutes (7 minutes for rare cooking) on a grill or in a large frying pan, over high heat to sear the meat well, turning them halfway through cooking to color them evenly.
Step 4: 2 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle them with marinade and caramelize them.
Sprinkle the skewers with quickly grilled sesame and coriander. Serve immediately.
