For the algorithms bay bay!!!
Awesome!
Just a heads up. Ernest uses candy jalapeño cream cheese…
I’d be interested to see you cook 3 briskets at the same time one foil boated, one foil wrapped and one butcher paper wrapped and you explain the difference in the processes and the difference in them when finished
Never heard of brisket and strawberry jam!
It’s so cool to see people around the world embracing Texas style BBQ. Keep up the channel!
I went the 1st week they were crowned #1 and the brisket tasted like it was in the warmer for way too long for me the pork ribs were the star. Would love to go back and give it another try
I've just made this for my breakfast. What a revelation. Absolutely delicious. Thank you for the recipe Dave!
Well done man, looks great
Gr8 combination of umami, sweet and salty -str8
Looks like hangover food!
Just tried this. I did mine on brioche bread. Amazing flavor and the the sweetness form the jelly is perfect to cut that fatty/salty brisket.
Dang, that sandwich looked killer. Appreciate you sharing.
looked like Goldees season salt
After watching your video I did some snooping online and found a clip of a video where Ernest says "some candied Jalapenos" are in the cream cheese mix. With the jam, I'm sure they'd be hard to notice but was this a possible missed step in your recreation? Love your content!!!
Brisket and Jam…. Gonna try!!
Strawberry jam and brisket has my brain baffled. I've not tried it but it's so far out there, I think I need to… Next brisket cook I'll give it a shot. Thanks for the video
banging mate!
Burnt bean is so good. Went there a couple of years ago and it was incredible
Brilliant. Off to buy some croissants and some cream cheese! Another great video. I really like these recreations of top Texas dishes!!
Did you rate the Aussie beef in comparison to the xm gold?
Greetings from Redondo Beach 🇺🇸🇺🇸Looks delicious👍🏽
Dammit, I just used up my brisket leftovers making "chili" ( I added beans and corn……apologies to TX ). Will have to try this on the next one, that looks amazing!
Love your vidoes, but please fix your extractor fan shroud gap, I see it in every video 🙃. Also impressive bark for a pellet grill, making me reconsider a pellet grill again.
Any tips on keeping your pellet tube burning? Mine always seems to go out and I've almost thrown it in the trash at this point…
I had this last month at Burnt Bean. We sampled entire menu but that Blue October is one of best sandwiches I have ever had!!
Croissant doesn't have a Q 🤣
I too make blue octobers from temu because I live too far away from the burnt bean 😂 still hits!
Looks FANTASTIC!
I cant say I've ever had brisket on a breakfast style sandwich but it looks amazing on this one
gosh the briskets over there are hideous 😂
still looks phenomenal in the end!
waiting to hit up burnt bean once it gets cooler!
Please, on offset smoker…… not on a fancy oven or pretend smoker .. cheers
😋
Mate….I feel for you about the quality, or availability of good brisket or other meats in places that aren't Texas or other places where that's popular. Even in the US, my brother in Virginia can usually only find just the flat in markets.
Looks awesome but you lost me at strawb jam – I'm just gonna pretend it was ketchup
Looks delicious – are pellet grills as loud as they come across on videos?
