  1. I got to tell you, please please please do a damn congee with damn rice. This is the second time you did an oat congee and sadly, it's not you it's me, I neither understand nor want to understand.

    Also how bout just a carcass recipe leveraging the goodness of the bones and such to reduce or eliminate the need for broth. I don't really require more than a quart or so of this at a time.

  2. I used to totally agree with you, and love these chickens. Until I read an upsetting article about how they raise their chickens for these rotisserie, and I felt so sick and sad about it, that I really don't think I can buy it ever again. 😒 I don't want to torture anyone else with it, but honestly, they are cruel to those animals, and it's disgusting to learn about.

  3. Yay you are also coming off as a little easier and slightly less glamorous. I like it! Sometimes you seem like a bit of a snob, and I get that cuz I'm a food snob too, but I do like the slightly more easy going you. PS the cons you was Fab! I use Walmart rotisserie cuz that's my favorite put the rest was beautiful
