Bere in india, most of my friends were vegetarians and the thing about then is they never looked for 'vegan alternatives of chicken'. Because this might look and taste good but it is extremely unhealthy. Instrad of chicken, you can use paneer, soya chunks or something like that. Healthy and tastes MINDBLOWING

When I was a child, I used to do this with my mom's chapati dough(flat bread dough). But never thought it was EDIBLE.
This vegan food is absolutely illogical. Imagine you eat bread with seitan curry. It's just fucking flour you're eating. No protein at all! Meat is protein. Imitate the nutrition, not the looks and texture. This is why nobody truly cares about vegan food and vegans try to keep imitating non veg food because even they know they suck in terms of nutrition or originality.

I hate it when vegans call something vegan chicken just call it what it's called just call it saitan there's no need for calling it vegan chicken like if the ancient Chinese saw this they would be so mad that you are reducing their food they invented to "vegan chicken " and its embracing to anyone who eats it because they genuinely like it and not because of vegan reasons
