How to cook simple adobong pusit. – Filipino Seafood Recipes 2021
Ingredients:
1/4 kg squid (pusit) – cleaned. ink discarded.
3 tbsp soysauce
3 tbsp vinegar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion small (minced)
1 sachet dahon ng laurel with black peppercorns inside (about 2-3pcs leaves and 4-5pcs black peppercorns) (yung around 2pesos isang sachet yata)
1/2 cup water
1 long chili (siling haba)
1 tbsp brown sugar
