Ingredients:

Chicken Marination:

Chicken – 750gms (Each piece 40gms)
Turmeric powder โ€“ ยฝ tsp
Salt (According to taste)
Ginger Garlic paste โ€“ 1 tbsp
Fresh lemon Juice โ€“ half
Marinate for 30 Mins

Ground Masala Paste:
๐Ÿ‘‡
Cinnamon โ€“ 1 inch
Black pepper โ€“ 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds โ€“ 1 tbsp
Cardamom โ€“ 3
Cloves โ€“ 3
Dry Red Chillies 6-7
Fry for 3-4 Mins on Low Flame
Let them cool & Grind into fine powder
Add Garlic pods โ€“ 20
Grind into slightly paste
Keep aside
Onion โ€“ 1 Indian Medium Size (150gms)

Making:

Oil โ€“ 4 tbsp
Add Chopped Onions
Fry for 5-6 Mins on Medium Flame
30 Mins Marinated Chicken
Fry for 2 Mins on High Flame
Close lid & leave for 3 Mins on Medium Flame
Leave for 3 Mins on Medium Flame
Leave for 15 Mins on Medium Flame
Curry leaves โ€“ 3 stems
Fry for 3-4 Mins on Medium Flame
Ground Masala paste
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Red Chilli Powder โ€“ 1 tbsp
Fry for 4 Mins on Medium Flame
Sprinkle Coriander leaves
