Whoever makes a burger with 95/5 beef is a psychopath. Just use it in recipes that prefer leaner meat.

Eating a cup of seasoned ground beef with a little ketchup or salsa for breakfast and lunch will help you stay full and lose weight.
So about 800-900 cal or a sandwich. If you aren't eating anything else with it but water or veg, and limit to 2 meals that dat then great! Little harsh on the cholesterol but gotta get that red meat in sometimes. 😊
