My mother used to make bbq ox tails in the oven 60 years ago. It was the cheapest meat available. She'd make a large roaster pot full. My football playing 6'9" brother & mom & i could eat that whole pot full. DAMN good. Mashed potatoes with the extra sauce. NEVER A LEFTOVER.
