Pat dry and season with a sweet BBQ rub. โข Smoke indirectly at 300ยฐF for 1 hour. โข Remove and wrap in foil with some of the reserved marinade, then return to the smoker for another hour or until the internal temperature reaches 203-205ยฐF.
