Bonjour chef, avec tt mon respect à l'Italie je vous invite en tt modestie à tester ma recette de sauce tomate ( complètement différente ) dont tt mon entourage raffolent .
bien entendu vous pouvez modifier les dosages suivant les préférences de tt à chacun
le secret de cette recette c'est la confiture d'oranges amères le gingembre et la noix de muscade ça rapporte une autre dimension à l'ensemble et ça réduit l'acidité de la tomate…
Bien à vous
4 boîte 300 ml Coulis de tomate
1 kg Tomate fraîche en dé
15 gouse d ail en chemise
5 gouse d Ail râpé
2 Bouillon de boeuf à dissoudre dans de l'eau
( 6 Feuilles de laurier, 4 grande cuillère de thym, 2 grande cuillère paprika doux, 1 petite cuillère Paprika fort, 1 pincé de poivre, un quart d une petite noix de muscade, 1 pincé de gingembre , 2 grosses cuillères de confiture d'oranges amères . )
Travail 1 minute les pâte avec un peu du beurre de l'huile d'olive un peu de poivre et servir séparément
Faire des boulettes de boeuf à cuire sans matière grasse séparément puis mettre les boulettes dans la sauce , utilisé du gruyère ( Facultatif ) .
PS c'est un dosage pr 2 litres de sauce où plus que je conserve à porté de main
