I adore oysters in all their forms, so today I decided to experiment: a grilled steak with oyster mushrooms and a silky oyster sauce.

The sauce is made entirely from Pacific oysters—salty, rich, and perfectly complementing the smoky, juicy flavor of the meat.

If the steak were from an oyster blade cut, it would be the ultimate oyster full house.

Every bite is a balance of land and sea: the steak remains robust and meaty, while the oyster sauce adds depth and a subtle oceanic note.

Fun fact: oysters are rich in glutamates, which enhance the meaty flavor—so the steak tastes even more vibrant.

  1. I'm happy she's successful but not really understanding the over the top food decadence. I mean… really… who has this kind of time and how much money can even the most successful perfumerie make. Considering she's always making dinner for two, seems more like someone else is doing the financing. Pass on this one….
