Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 pork tenderloin
2 bell peppers (yellow, red)
2 green peppers
2 cloves of garlic
100 g cherry tomatoes
4 sprigs of parsley
½ tsp ground cumin
60 ml olive oil
Salt and black pepper

No sauce? A stir-fry is not a stir-fry without a special sauce. It doesn’t have to be soy sauce base but some kind of sauce to add at the end. This is just pork tenderloin with veggies.
