1 Block Tofu
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 medium sliced Onion
1/2 kilo Pork
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Liquid Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 small Carrot (strips)
red and green Bellpepper (strips)
1/2 cup Water
Slurry (1 Tsp Cornstarch diluted with 1/4 cup Water)
