  1. Jicama is so good! Sometimes on the salad bar in elementary school! Sometimes you can get a funky tasting one when buying, don’t base like off of that one. Texture is like a pear just hard like carrot, seems like it’d be dry but has high water content! So good on hot days!

  2. This is an awesome vegetable that absolutely does not get a fair shake, in North america. It has a texture similar to an apple, and a flavor somewhat like freshly picked Garden sweet peas, only it's awesome stuff!
