3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
2 tablespoons honey
Pinch of five-spice powder
Pinch of white pepper
1 1/2 cup tapioca starch, coarse
4 cups canola oil

Hi CiCi jus want to update U today when to supermarket bought a ¾ duck with the drumsticks brought home and guess what I did with the duck I use yr char siu sauce tht u thought us and I season it with the duck splash it with ginger and I am going to roast it later hope it turn out good jus wanted to have roast duck oh after roasting will brush it with honey 🍯 😉 wish me luck hahaha 😉
