Cornstarch – 2 tbsp
Egg – 1 piece
Sweet & Sour Sauce:
Banana ketchup – 1 cup
Pineapple Juice (del monte) – 2 cups
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 5 tbsp
For Sautéing:
Onion – 40 grams
Red & Green Bell – 80 grams
Pineapple chunks – 60 grams
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cornstarch Diluted – 3 tbsp

i made this , tweaked the batter with a lot more corn starch , marinated the fish in lime first , add some white vinegar to the sauce, was super Ta
