Ingredients .
This marinade is enough for 2 medium roaster or 6 to 8 pieces of chicken.
Plain Yogurt 1 cup , red chilli 1tbsp , salt to taste , ginger garlic paste 1tsp, turmeric 1tsp, cumin and coriander powder 1tsp, garam masala 1tsp , kashmiri chilli or paprika 1 tsp, Kasoori meethi dry fenugreek leaves 1tsp, pinch of red food colour , lemon juice 1tsp and olive oil 2tbs .
