  1. Hi all, I am so happy to share one more quick & easy to make, super tasty pasta recipe with all of you – The Beetroot Pasta. Loved and approved by Pasta lovers in my home, this pasta will become your house favourite too. I am sure of that.

    BEETROOT PASTA
    1 large beetroot
    1 large onion
    1 large garlic clove
    15 almonds (read Notes below)
    1 tsp butter
    Dry Italian Herb Seasoning
    Chilli flakes
    salt to taste
    Pasta of your choice
    Cheese of your choice

    Important Notes:
    1. I used blanched almonds, you can use almonds with skin and remove skin after boiling Or you can use 1/2 cup almond milk while grinding the beetroot onion and garlic mix which ever is easy.
    2. Instead of Almonds, you can also use Cashew nuts.
    3. I have used Parmesan cheese, so added it only when serving. You can sprinkle cheese of your choice. If adding mozzarella or cheddar cheese, you can add it to the pasta, mix and then switch off . You can even add crumbled paneer or tofu.
    4. You can make this completely vegan by using olive oil and tofu .

    Delicious beetroot pasta is ready in minutes. You can also serve it with some toasted bread. Do try this recipe for your family and share your feedback with me.

Those who didn't like the taste of it , I recommend making a white sauce pasta base ( with maida, milk and cheese ) and adding this beetroot paste to it , the beetroot flavour will be very subtle and it will taste like a normal white sauce pasta but looks hot pink exactly like shown in the video ( it won't become pale pink don't worry)
