why do chefs say kosher salt? we all know the salt is kosher, judt say salt. its not like youre putting something specific like sea salt

Way to go making your own teriyaki sauce! I wish I saw it go on the plate. Give'em the sauce! You put so much love in it let em have it.
Suggestion for the fried rice. Use a little stock and hit the flattop with some white pepper. The white pepper adds an extra level of authentic flavor.
