The layer of duxelles is too thick besides that rest atleast 10 more minutes. Otherwise nice try man ! Itβs a hard dish to make

Why does the sauce look so watery and thin?
Seems like it added some additional moisture to the Wellington which is good but might soggy the pastry on the bottom before serving
