I grew up on fish sticks both at school and home.
We used to get Mrs. Paul’s Fish sticks along with Gorton’s and Van Kamp’s

I have a box Van de Camps in the freezer right now. They are great alone with French Fries or for a fast fish taco 😋🙂
I finished a box of High Liner fish sticks yesterday. Finger skinny style with lots of crunch. No fish flavor at all. Not again for me.

the best baked fried cod is trader joes frozen, it is delicious and NOT minced.
I hate the taste of pollock fish. Always hated it as it usually gave me an upset stomach.
I steer clear of fish sticks . We had to eat them every Friday night in the 60’s . When my Mom made them they came out like #2 pencils 😂 . I love Gortons fish fillets though . I like to break them up and make a Po Boy . Thanks for the memory ATK .

As a dipper, for me the magic is in the tarter sauce. Of course, I grew up on my mom’s homemade tartar sauce, so it’s tough finding a good store bought sauce.

I love fish sticks, as long as they dont taste like muddy fish, which unfortunately many brands do. Love me a fish stick butter sandwich too and Im not British. I prefer Van de Kamps because there are 44 sticks in a box, a little cheaper cost overall compared to Gordons

Gorton's used to make Tilapia Fish Sticks. They were sooo good. By comparison, the regular ones aren't worth eating anymore.
