I don’t get the butter on sandwich part. I tried putting butter on pbj as suggested but it was pretty much the same.

Ok seeing this, who else has dipped fried shrimp in butter? I’m not talking about melted butter either. I’m talking barely softened butter or even margarine. This is also good with hush puppies too.
You can improve on it (imho)! Partial to Tartare Sauce or even Ketchup.
