  1. I would add the sauce directly on the meat, then take sour cream and spread it across the inside side of the tortilla, then lettuce and tomato, then cheese on top. I prefer my taco cheese not melted

  2. I'm sure you've done brisket tacos? Man I smoked a brisket the other day and the tacos I had the next 2 days was just as awesome as the first day I cut into it! Little BBQ sauce in the taco with all the other stuff.. Holy crap were they good!!!!

  3. in reference to the course meat grinder application and the spinning of the lock; it was missing from the traditional meat grinding routine….I get an odd relief from that cycle pattern. although, ol "Bad Larry" did reappear so all is balanced. that is all I have to say about that. best channel in BBQ btw
