One important thing to consider of almost every food is… will it taco? So definitely down for more taco content. Some pulled pork or brisket bbq crispy tacos would be da bomb!!
I give this a 9 out of 10. 10 out of 10 would have required you go full double-decker, with the refried beans and flour tortilla wrapping around the corn tortilla taco. #justsayin

I would add the sauce directly on the meat, then take sour cream and spread it across the inside side of the tortilla, then lettuce and tomato, then cheese on top. I prefer my taco cheese not melted
Cheese first then the warm meat to help melt the cheese

in reference to the course meat grinder application and the spinning of the lock; it was missing from the traditional meat grinding routine….I get an odd relief from that cycle pattern. although, ol "Bad Larry" did reappear so all is balanced. that is all I have to say about that. best channel in BBQ btw

I usually go meat, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce. I put the tomatoes on before the lettuce so they don't fall off.
