  1. Couple of things brother, the trim job on that brisket was awful, the bark looks good but too crusty on the edges. I can guarantee you that it's a little bit hard on those edges, and you should have let it rest for at least 10 hours. It looks tender but not tender enough I gave it a 6 and 1/2 out of 10. As far as looks. The bark looks like an 8 and 1/2 to a 9 though. You did okay
