  1. I bet this process would be especially good for households with reluctant risers who stay in bed or even fall back asleep after the alarm goes off. The long cooking time in the oven gives the aromas of fast-breaking time to permeate under the door and into the nostrils of anyone who would otherwise remain in bed. It's the cartoon pie on the window-sill thing.

  2. Like this except for the eggs in the toast, since I CAN'T eat any but scrambled or over medium. But this sheet approach super helps with the home fries, sausage, and toast one the same pan. Even this is HUGE time saver. Thanks!

  3. Thanks Ele, love your style and recipes, the brined baked potatoes are the best baked potato, and simple. I cooked breakfast this morning for my wife, leftover baked potato became home fries, pre-cooked sausage patties browned in the same skillet, couple sliecs of cinnamon raisin French toast (dipped in scrambled eggs), and my fluffy scrambled eggs(using water) 1 easy skillet meal.

My Mom made us "eggies in toast" growing up it was our favorite but a pain making one at time which is why we rarely had them. Now that I am grown and have 3 kids of my own I love making this for them on occasion which makes them sad too. With this recipe this can be as frequent as pancakes are in my house! And the beauty of ONE PAN 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
