Welcome to my channel. Not only is this recipe easy to make, it’s delicious. You can use turkey, ground chicken, or pork as protein substitutes. I added sauerkraut for extra flavor. I prefer my peppers well done, so I cooked them an additional 30 minites. Add cheese inside as well as on top.

This sounds yummy. I just make my favorite meatloaf recipe and stuff it raw into my peppers and bake them to 165 F. You should try it.
