Amazing. I’d honestly be too tired after all this prep to sit n entertain guests. However, I’m truly inspired. Great video and amazing job. I can almost taste it.
Such great inspiration for Christmas Eve. Got some Jersey Italians to cook for this year. Beautiful dishes. Thank you for sharing! Love your channel!
What, no Baccalà? (I can see why not; you have to start soaking/rinsing that shit on 12/22, and most people think it smells bad, and it's kinda hard to find, etc)… I'll just confess, I'd probably prefer this "spicy-tuna arancini", honestly.
Oh I like cheese on fish pasta but I prefer sicilian dry ricotta 😉
Bread crumb on pasta is typical sicilian, I love it! I also make spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino with anchiovies and bread crumbs (muddica).
Can you save the head and spine of the branzino for fish stock?
Early congrats on 1M!
i have a select few cooking channels i like to follow and ur one of them for good reason. the effort you put into your vids, the presentation, the organization, the knowledge, and the actual dishes themselves, are fucking top class my man. did your turkey one for a large gathering and it was perfect. from a college kid/amateur cook, merry christmas and happy new years to you!
You had me on the salmon and tuna…. so much care and prep… I was so excited…. yes, it's gonna be some kinda crudo for that 60$ of fish… oh… what… oh… mayo… fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck
Otherwise, nice job
Masterclass sir.
I really appreciate the attention to detail on the timings. Something massively overlooked for most home cooks, it can be the most difficult aspect!
looks awesome but sad to see the mussels soaked in salty water the live mussels hold their own water which is delicious…
We do this in the south, but not with northern ingredients per say. We make West Indies salad with jumbo lump crab meat, marinated crab claws, shrimp cocktail, fried shrimp, fried oysters, fried speck, crab cakes
You’re absolutely right about NOT using cooking pans/skillets with round handles since they slip around.
My family did Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas eve but just our immediate family. We had extended family over for Christmas day.
This episode was amazing, I am a retired chef and it was joyful how you presented Bravo and merry christmas
the Eve of Christmas Eve would be… Christmas Adam
Omg! What a great show.
I loved watching this, great work! I'd blitz and strain the shrimp shells for extra flavour but otherwise a beautiful dinner. I'm looking forward to doing this one year
Excellent job! Really enjoyed, excellent video! I'm so hungry now!
Just subscribed! Love how you teach time management and mise en place
thank you this wonderful video. as a jewish person who keeps kosher i can eat most of these dishes. branzino is a kosher fish. the antipasti is elegant
and looks delicious. salmon and tuna are kosher fishes. the clams, mussels, scallops, and shrimp are not kosher. however i can use kosher shrimp
( whitefish shaped and spiced to taste like shrimp- dyna-sea brand with kosher authorization symbol) with a passata for that dish too. good explanation on pot/pan handles. before the inquisition southern italy had many italians who were jews, they were there there since 70 a.d. rabbi barbara aiello has a very interesting video about that. i will look for more of your recipes and forward your videos to friends. your channel is definitely not just another cooking show. it is a very special one. buon natale!
My family does the feast of seven fishes every year! Great video 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻
I agree. Pine ride is nice.
This looks delicious! 😍😋 Happy Holiday’s!!! It was so interesting to learn the meaning behind the dish.
Looks delicious 😋
I come from a Sicilian American family but I didn’t actually grow up around them so I didn’t get to celebrate growing up. Now that I have my own kids, I’ve been trying to incorporate Italian traditions into our holidays. I love that you talk about the history of the celebration. Happy Holidays🎄
Your best work.
Bravo!
Thats it …i gotta get me some Branzino..I never had that fish and seen too many amazing dishes on my cooking competition shows and too many people say its absolutely an amazing fish
Too hard.
Soon close to that 1M subs. You can taste it!
So I will be making this!
