ah yes, the oyster blade (beef) has great beef flavor… 🥰👌
Day 1 of saying to eat rib cap
I've never seen steak squished with the backside of a spoon before
I like flat iron steaks but I think it’s disingenuous to talk about it as on par with sirloin
Flat iron is actually my favorite cut of steak. Less fatty than a ribeye and still has a strong beefy flavor
We have a steak house here in Germany called B306. They serve the flat iron and I can confirm that it's the best cut you can have!
Unfortunately it's not very affordable like it used to be. =*(
❤️
Well done thanks 😊
Flatiron steaks are one of my favorite cuts. You can get some really fantastic marbling and they're always cheaper than other steak cuts
Cooks like a sirloin but cost an extra dollar per pound!! ROLL TIDE!!!
cotton eye joe
I just got put onto flat irons last year. Roughly $6 per steak versus $12-15 for a ribeye. Flat iron and chuck eyes have been the only steaks I’ve bought since.
Now that you told everyone how good it is,
that cut of beef has gone up 300%
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Not me thinking this was a video about the shucking knife
Now I gotta have some steak.😊
Please do a BAIÃO de Dois. I believe you use pigeon pea in Australia! It's such an amazing Brazilian dish!
Medium rare is the iPhone of the meat world toss it in a crock pot for 8 hours minimum with some lumpy cheesy mashed potatoes and greens of choice
Hey, chef. Was that beef tallow you used in the pan?
So glad you’re still doing these clips. Love that kitchen!!
What is that cut called in the USA. I’m planning one slow cooker meal weekly. This looks like a good ingredient.
Medium raw
Bro don’t tell people about the flat iron. This is my sleeper cut. Always available and well priced at my butchers. Don’t let the secret out.
So Raw you could still milk the cow 😂
Best breakfast:
1. Gobi paratha and saag with side of protein [eggs or amritsari fish
2. Grits made with butter and eggs
3. Upma made with ghee
4. Avocado toast
5. Pb and j sandwiches
6. Poha
7. Vangibath
8. Lemon rice
9. Pulihora
10. Oatmeal [oats, whey, sweetener if needed, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, milk, microwave]
Anyone else expecting to see the knife he uses to shuck oysters?
