  1. hey man, thanks for that end-of-vid reflection; it keeps me hopeful for the channel. I was recently worried that you'd slip into the seductive trap of (for example) "eating only NYC's most expensive burgers for 48h!!!!" or some other similar concept, since I had the feeling with recent videos that the emphasis of prices was also starting to insert itself… seriously alienating for us poors lol. we don't need more of the trope of rich-youtubers-flash-their-wealth-at-their-followers, especially not in cooking content, where some (cough cough) big names have become straight up unwatchable for me as a result. thanks for resisting the slop. I'll be looking forward to your next vid, whenever it comes out. ☺ take your time and be well!

  2. Let's try it one last time. I don't care about people going around town and eating fast food. That's like a tiny step above react content in terms of effort, you must be aware of that?! You've worked hard to build yourself up for years only to become another Weismann or Babish slop factory, which is ironic because I believe you're as popular as you are because you weren't like Weismann or Babish. Good luck, I'm also out.

  3. For someone living in America, loves burgers, and glued to YouTube, it’s wild you don’t know George Motz. He runs Hamburger America — the very place you ate at. He’s been on Bon Appétit, First We Feast, Burger Scholar. Even Adam Richman, your idol, knows him. Educate yourself. Don’t joke around when it comes to burgers.

  4. i cannot stand when places make burgers and cook them to medium. The texture is ass, slimy, like a piece of disintegrable gum. The taste is not an "improvement" and its disgusting. People want ground beef to be steak and its really annoying. Please cook ALL burgers fully. Don't burn them, but for the love of all good things, it's the difference between a zero and a ten some times.
