hey man, thanks for that end-of-vid reflection; it keeps me hopeful for the channel. I was recently worried that you'd slip into the seductive trap of (for example) "eating only NYC's most expensive burgers for 48h!!!!" or some other similar concept, since I had the feeling with recent videos that the emphasis of prices was also starting to insert itself… seriously alienating for us poors lol. we don't need more of the trope of rich-youtubers-flash-their-wealth-at-their-followers, especially not in cooking content, where some (cough cough) big names have become straight up unwatchable for me as a result. thanks for resisting the slop. i cannot stand when places make burgers and cook them to medium. The texture is ass, slimy, like a piece of disintegrable gum. The taste is not an "improvement" and its disgusting. People want ground beef to be steak and its really annoying. Please cook ALL burgers fully. Don't burn them, but for the love of all good things, it's the difference between a zero and a ten some times.
