I don't care for butter in my burger. I buy 90/10 ground beef, which can be very dry. So I add about 2 tsp olive oil and 1 tbsp each water and Worcestershire sauce. Season well with salt just before putting on super hot grill. Makes an juicy and great tasting burger

Good tip! I like turkey burgers but have relied on spices for flavor. I think it would add a little richness, too.
