  1. So, I hope you had an amazing time in Key West. I ordered your chicken rub and I live in Kansas City. It arrived in super fast time. My hexclad pan showed up in time for me to grill a ribeye on my Weber last night. I made the new potatoes according to your recipe and they turned out absolutely amazing.

  2. Add some tarragon compound butter (unsalted, room temperature butter with dry or fresh chopped tarragon mixed in) to that corn and amaze your family and friends. Who knew that tarragon goes great with corn? I put the corn in 200(ish) degree water and let it sit on the counter for 45 mins to an hour. Then it goes on a direct heat grill to finish cooking. I baste it with the tarragon compound butter and rotate and re-baste as it caramelizes. Can be served with regular melted (salted) butter or more tarragon butter depending on how much tarragon flavor you want. EDIT: Also, I have watched many of your videos over the years. Thanks for all you do to make our meals great!
