A nice cheese board is an incredibly easy way to round out a tapas “dinner” without having to do much work.

Very yummy!
PRAISE CHEESES!
Wait. A 4 minute cooking video???😮! Of course, there is no cooking involved.😂😂😂😂
My dad was Spanish and I lived there for a while. This was absolute perfection, thank you for the video!
Perfection! We enjoy a charcuterie meal about once a week. But, I must spice ours up & try that quince paste and the Juanita peppers with blue cheese!! Thank you! ❤
👍👍🤩🤩🤩🤩☮💝🗽🇺🇸
yummy. Let's pour a Spanish wine.
How is this a video?
A couple ideas: blue Spanish cheese? Valdéon! If you can’t find quince paste; try fig jam. Barring that, apricot jam. Fantastic variations. Don’t forget the wine unless, of course, you don’t drink. Great bread and butter. Endless variety. 😊
As far as Spanish cheeses go, IBERICO is where it's at!
Thank you Julia! Mouth watering delight.❤
Are website subscriptions so low that you no longer give even the smallest tips free of the pay wall? I subscribe to a number of your emails, and they used to lead to a decent quantity of free content. But that seems to have come to an abrupt end a month or so ago. I no longer see any benefit to subscribing to the emails as they have become totally useless and are nothing more than advertising now. It is sad to see ATK become so commercialized. From now on, I will stick to other quality sites such as FoodWishes and Serious Eats for recipes and information. Very disappointing.
Omg , you have made me so hungry
It looks great, but where are the toothpicks? When I do something like this, I make everything so it can be picked up with a toothpick (I'd stuff some of those peppers in advance) and have a supply of toothpicks so people don't have to grab things with their hands. I did a very simple thing the other day that took only a few minutes to prepare, and said to my GF, "Here's your toothpick!"
Very creative and so appealing!
Thanks for the incredible ideas! 💗💗💗
Now that looks good,
I'm heavily pregnant and I've been dreaming of charcuterie for a few months now. Soon, my precious. Soon.
My grandma used to make Quince-apple sauce. It was fabulous on ham or potato pancakes! Gosh I miss her!
love cheese, especially Spanish cheeses. that board was just lovely. thank you
I like a nice condiment, like stone-ground mustard. The additional "zip" of flavor is wonderful. Or even something sweet, like a nice orange or strawberry marmalade
This is a sad excuse to call an ultimate Spanish style cheese board.
No olives, no sort of the preserved can seafood that Spain is famous for, no kind of cured sausages, hell even the blue cheese wasn't Spanish.
This is basic and mediocre at best.
Looks very yummy 🎉
I might wait to get some food advice from somebody who doesn't look like they're about to burst gravy from the seams
I generally go with a board of 4 feet by 6 feet if I only have 4 people.. For more than that I like my 6 x 8 board. I love to see people stretching to reach anything and that really cuts down on my food costs. Naturally they have to stand to reach anything and that also seems to inhibit excessive participation.
If only I had a sister like you.
I am with Ziggy. That plate looks delicious. I would eat the whole plate.
The dog, though, LOL. Best part of the video.
🤤
Love it Julia! 🎉 Greetings from southern California! 🌞
💃
😍
Julia. Please wear gloves especially when you still have jewelry (ring) on.
I work in an Italian restaurant and we often serve a prosciutto platter 🥩 as an appetizer. This video was very helpful as an example of how to serve it 🤓🧐. 3:39
So did Julia just decide she's not coming back to the office? Haven't seen her in any of the recent episodes in the studio.
Looks lovely & so inviting! And easy, too! I just purchased two beautiful charcuterie boards & I can't wait to use this video as inspiration. Thank you so much for sharing this with us! 💜🧀🥓🥖🍷
Noticing all the things that don’t matter. I don’t think this is Julia’s actual kitchen. The stove and sink are in the same location but in previous videos there are cabinets and little shelves between the window and the stove. A set that is very similar to the real thing but allows for easier filming. I do enjoy this series!
My only grouse is that there is no green. Spinach, broccoli, green pepper would be a good addition.
Im a master at cleaning off meat and cheese boards, and that one looks Delicious.
I am very scared of cheeses. I love this display though… And yes, Ms. J should invite Ms. B over for a few episodes. And Ms. Elle as well.
Thanks. Call it a charcuterie board, too. That sounds better, and you'll culture your watchers, more.
Yes! My great grandmother made Quince jam every. They had a HUGE Quince tree.
That entire board looks so very delicious. 😋
Gourmet meal that's perfect for a hot day or night ❤👏👏👏😁
Oh yum! Beautiful to look at and I'm sure, delicious to eat.
Trendy Girl's Dinner? Haha…😉
Julia should invite Bridget over for dinner!
Loved how lovely this is. Can't wait to try the quince paste.
Shared finger foods are how coughs are spread.
