One thing that actually works to keep the fly population under control is buy several fly trap pouches from Walmart or Home Depot and hang them along your fence. Especially near garbage cans. Over time, they kill more and more. The more dead flies in the traps, the more you kill. Until they are dying by the thousands. Makes a noticeable difference.

I do like your video's, I have a Pitt Boss, that does some buitifull barkey briskets. Sausage is next looked good. Gona try my first rib competition with my 12 year old grandson. We'll give it our best but the experience with my hunting buddy will be unforgettable. And dang the SNAKE got in the kids boot🤣. Handsome young man.

I have a pit boss and u can set it to smoke.. that's about 115 degrees
Adding a pan full of ice in your pellet grill will help keep the temps down to do cold smoking

I think you might've unlocked a way to use my pellet grill to rest a brisket. That would be great instead of heating up my house with the oven for several hours. Gotta play around with just the smoke tube and see how and what temp it will hold over time.

I feel that you and Ordinary Sausage should do a collab. Perhaps you make a sausage, and then he takes your sausage and makes a sausage out of it.
Where do you get your casings from. I ordered some on line and the sizes were all over the place. 1st one was perfect like 32mm then they went up. The last one was over 3” in diameter. Ridiculous
